About Us

We started our journey because we wanted to provide a running club for anyone who would like to start running or continue their running journey​.

We recognized the importance of exercise and the numerous benefits that running can bring to one’s physical and mental well-being. Our goal was to create a supportive community where individuals of all fitness levels could come together to pursue their running goals. Whether someone was a beginner looking to take their first steps or an experienced runner seeking to improve their performance, we aimed to offer a program that catered to their needs.

We believe that running is not only a means of staying active but also a source of empowerment and personal growth. Through our program, we strive to inspire and motivate individuals to embrace the joy of running and unlock their full potential.

Race Day Ritual: I like to wake up at 3:37am and hit the early morning carbs. My go to is two bananas with peanut butter, and a blueberry muffin with a Gatorade and a water. I’ll listen to some chill music and hit a light stretch while doing some positive thinking. Thinking of the anticipation of toeing the start line and the excitement of crossing the finish line will prepare me mentally for the event ahead.

Future Running Goals: My goal is to run 50 Half Marathons in all 50 States by the age of 50. My goal for 2024 is to run a sub 2 hour half and sub 24 minute 5k.
